CNC Machining

In the last five years, Elmill has significantly invested in CNC capacity and now boasts CAD CAM design capabilities, 10 CNC machines, inspection facilities and back up capacity of 3 other Group companies with complimentary CNC skills.

Elmill has access to 45 CNC machines, with 3,4,5 axis milling to a maximum capacity of 1700mm x 800mm x 1100mm and turning to a maximum capacity of 1000mm diameter x 3200mm.  In house CAD CAM design facilities to program in house and with flexible shift patterns, including “lights-out machining” to deliver prototypes within a 24 hour turnaround. The range and capacity of equipment enables us to manufacture efficiently from single prototypes to long run production runs, and on-site inspection can deliver quick FAIR reports.  We are able to machine a range of materials including Stellite, Inconel, and other stainless alloys.
