About Us

Elmill Ltd was formed in 1985 and is an established niche manufacturer of CNC machined and swaged machined for the oil and gas, defence, and industrial sectors. It is the founding company of the Elmill Group.

We provide solutions using our design, engineering, tooling, fabricating and assembly skills and have the flexibility to build bespoke solutions to demanding requirements.

We have provided solutions for the oil and gas, defence, medical, aerospace, nuclear and heavy industrial markets over many years. Our services include machining CNC parts, manufacturing hydrocyclones, swaged components and medical tubes and have assembly and coded welding capabilities.

We provide ancillary services including custom designing of tube end forming solutions, tool making, welded assemblies, PMI testing and sales of new, bespoke and refurbished rotary swaging and tube end forming machinery.  The acquisition of additional space has enabled us to offer stock management services

Our expansion in the range of services we offer has been built on a solid platform of robust production processes conforming to ISO9001, a certification we have held continuously for over 20 years.

Our simple philosophy is to provide total customer satisfaction through high quality solutions to demanding customer requirements and delivered to agreed timescales.

In the last 10 years 3 other companies have been acquired by the Group. This includes KM Engineering in 2015, FGL Precision in 2018 and Adcutech Engineering in 2024, and whilst each operates autonomously, a collaborative approach ensures best practice, capacity economies of scale are shared to benefit our customers.
